mixed feelings about the stay

professional staffcramped roommobility issue
the staff were professional and eager to assist. i found that to be acceptable.
Our upgraded superior room felt very cramped, so i was not pleased. the ensuite bathroom had two steps leading up to it, which could pose a problem with mobility issues. This was not properly communicated. also, there was insufficient space for two people to sit comfortably in the room.

the room was not ideal for the price i paid. it felt basic, and i found this disappointing. the bed was uncomfortably small for two people (i really felt this). additionally, the single-glazed windows would not open.

awesome castle stay!

I was like royalty staying in a castle! the grounds are fine and so easy to find. plenty of parking spots made arrival smooth. the building itself is picturesque. I took so many photos.
my only very slight issue, i noticed a few flies in the restaurant during breakfast.

the staff really care about every guest! even at checkout, they offered chilled water. they were very great. i felt special during my whole stay.
